HS District Festival Information–Please Read!

For all students/parents who will be attending the High School District Festival at Harmony High School this Saturday 10/22–some important information:

Students must be at West Shore no later than 6:45 am on Saturday October 22. Please be on time as the bus will be leaving promptly and we can not wait for stragglers.

Students should bring a lunch, drinks, and money (if they wish to purchase snacks or other items.)

We plan to stay at Harmony all day (rather than going into St. Cloud for dinner) so that the kids can see the closing ceremonies; so this year we will be ordering boxed meals for dinner from Chick-fil-A. The box meal comes with chips and a cookie. The salads do not. We will be bringing bottled waters for students. The choices are:
Chick-fil-A® Chicken Sandwich boxed meal – $6.00
Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap boxed meal – $8.00
Vegetarian option – Spicy Southwest Salad, or Cobb Salad – $8 (no chicken)

Please send in your order written on a piece of paper with the money to Ms. Fallon NO LATER THAN Wednesday October 19. Orders will be placed on Thursday and there will be no late orders added.

We should be returning to West Shore after the closing ceremonies at 8pm. Look for permission slips coming home soon!
