Cast Dinner Information for Annie Get Your Gun

Dear Parents

The high school musical, Annie Get your Gun, will have performances on Friday April 1st at 7pm and Saturday April 2nd and 2pm at 7pm. We will be feeding the cast and crew in between these two Saturday performances. There will be 70 performers, tech crew, musicians, and teachers eating. We will be serving Baked Ziti, Rolls, Salad, Meatballs, Lemonade, Water, and Dessert. The students will be eating at 4:30 pm.

Please sign up today by clicking here and remember that if you include your email you will get a reminder two days before the event. You can drop off non perishable items in Ms. Fallon’s room during the week. If you have a perishable item that is small like salad dressing it can be dropped off during the week also since we have a refrigerator in Ms. Fallons’ room. Or items can be dropped off the day of the event. Ziti’s should be brought hot and cooked at the time of the meal or as early as 3:30. We can keep them warm with towels or blankets or if you have an insulated carrier that is great! One 1 pound box makes a 9×13 pan so if you are making more than that sign up for two slots. Trays of ziti can also be purchased from places such as Pettey’s, Wassi’s, or other italian restaurants.

Please read through the entire sign up sheet because we need lots of things besides ziti. So if cooking is not your specialty consider coming out and helping with set up, serving or clean up. It is a lot of fun and the cast members are always very appreciative!
